Katie Barton Ceramics.
For me, ceramics are all about how each piece feels in the hand; holding a handcrafted cup that fits perfectly in my hand is a joy. The beauty marks and differences found in the glaze that makes each item unique and special. It was so great to discover local ceramicist Katie Barton at Charleston House makers fair last year, I fell in love with her designs and the colours she uses.

This season we have collaborated with Woven friend Becky who visited our studio this month and styled our Spring collection her way. Becky has a great understanding of how to get the most from your clothes.

Our new monthly makers event is now in full swing in-store and we couldn't be happier to have our dear friend and amazing designer of all things sparkly Emma Stanton with us for March.

As we hunker down during January we thought we’d share some helpful tips.Many people are scared of caring for knitted items but it’s actually really simple.The main thing to note is that knitwear will only shrink and become matted in appearance when washed too hot or spun too long.
