UK SHIPPING

We aim to process all orders on the same day as purchased. Orders will then be shipped out the following day on a 3-5 working day delivery service. During busy periods your order may take slightly longer to arrive. If you require an item to arrive by a specific date or occasion please message contact@wovenstore.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

FREE SHIPPING

Orders within the UK over £150 will qualify for free shipping. Express Shipping is not included in this offer.

ECO-FRIENDLY PACKAGING

We pack every one of your orders ourselves ensuring it reaches you in the best condition, using as least packaging as possible. We always use recycled kraft materials and our postcards are printed with plant based inks.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard UK delivery is chargeable at £5 per order for 3-5 working day delivery.

Delivery to NI is £10

We use Evri courier to ship your goods. We do not add extra charges for our packaging and where possible we will recycle packaging that has been used for the delivery of goods to the shop.

Overseas Shipping

  • £25 to EU

  • £30 rest of world 

Import taxes and duties may apply and will vary depending on your country of residence. These are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon entry to your country. We're unable to control the level of taxes. 

Returns from EU/ rest of the world, on the customs form please mark parcel as 'RETURNED GOODS' This ensures the order is returned to us without any extra taxes or charges. 

US Shipping

We know the recent U.S. tariff changes have made international shopping more complicated. If you have any question please do not hesitate to get in contact.

Minimum order €200

Please allow two weeks for delivery of international orders. Customers placing an order internationally please ensure you leave a telephone number as couriers will need to contact you for delivery.
