We hope you are happy with your purchase from Woven Store but if not we will refund item as long as it is returned in its’ original packaging, with brand ticket still attached and in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse postage costs for returning items.

Simply return the item in it's original packaging to the address stamped on the back, once we have the goods back your refund will be issued and should reach your account within 5-10 working days. Write the reason for return on the original packing slip and enclose it with your garments. 

Please note our studio is open Weds-Sat so it is super helpful if you can ship back items on these days.

Some of our items are handmade and have very specific care instructions which are listed next to each item online. We are therefore unable to provide a refund for an item where instructions have not been followed.

Due to hygiene reasons, we don not accept back Jewellery, apothecary or socks.  

Returns will not be accepted back if purchased in FINAL SALE, this does not affect your statutory rights.
