Makers Month at Woven Store
Our aim is to grow a like-minded community of makers + designers. We are hosting a new maker each month...
Ancient and Brave-
We are so happy to host this amazing well-being brand at Woven this month!
Ancient + Brave started as all good businesses do, by seeing the opportunity to do things differently. Founder, Kate Prince, set out to meticulously source the most exceptional ingredients with sustainability, traceability and ethical manufacturing at the heart of everything they do. Combining her knowledge of formulation and a passion for creating a truly sustainable business - Ancient + Brave was born.
Now a certified B Corp company means that they are focused on reducing their impact on the environment and adopting responsible daily practices with their company to reduce waste. As a company they also donate 1% of everything they sell to environmental causes and social initiatives working on protecting our planet. They offer lots of information on their website about how best to use the products to suit you with expert advice from their team. The products couldn’t be easier to use and build into your daily rituals to set you on a healthier journey of everyday living. You can find the whole range of products in-store at Studio 50 throughout this month and all of our orders will be shipped with samples for you to try.

October- Dove & Myrtle (workshop @studio50hove Sat 14th)
Get your ticket here! https://www.doveandmyrtle.com/flower-workshops
Dove & Myrtle is a bespoke floristry studio specialising in romantic and abundant garden style florals for weddings, events and commercial installations. Founder Janes design approach is joyful and relaxed, a celebration of the flowers themselves. Working with both fresh and dried ingredients and taking inspiration from secret walled gardens and summer meadows, Dove & Myrtle’s floral creations bring the magic - the closer you look, the more you find.
Linking back to a textile design background and a want to reduce her impact on the planet, Jane uses both kitchen waste and botanicals to capture the colours and patterns of past seasons, creating soft natural dyes for her ribbons and to breath new life into much loved garments and accessories.
She'll be joining us for the whole of October and will be holding a makers workshop on Sat 14th.
